Villa Vanahem is just 30 minutes' drive from Gothenburg. Sweden's King Oscar II visited the island as early as the mid-19th century, and after him came opera singer Jussi Björling, actress and singer Zarah Leander, and Crown Prince Gustav of Sweden, who used Stenungsön as a seaside resort. The Villa itself was built in the 1880s, and it has always been one of the most attractive buildings on Stenungsön.

Villa Vanahem, a late 19th century idyll, is situated on the island of Stenungsön, about 40 minutes' drive from Gothenburg. Sweden's King Oscar II visited the island as early as the mid-19th century, and after him came opera singer Jussi Björling, actress and singer Zarah Leander, and Crown Prince Gustav of Sweden, who used Stenungsön as a seaside resort.
The Villa Vanahem was built in the 1880s by Carl Sirenius, whose family owned the island until the end of the 19th century, and it has always been one of the most beautiful buildings on Stenungsön. With its authentic charm and delightful surroundings, Villa Vanahem is perfect for weddings, parties and other celebrations.

The function room is approximately 75m2 with an E-shaped table layout and seating for a maximum of 84 guests. There is also an adjoining room with sofas and armchairs, bar and lounge. In total, together with the function room, approximately 250m2. There is also a beautiful garden of 3700m2 with sea views.
